This search indicates information and category available and the state or county in which the information exists.  For example, if you wish to see if a person or business has any civil filings in any category of filings, this directory will give you a choice as to which records you will want to review.  If you want to review a civil filing from the results of this directory, you will need to circle that item and return the directory by fax.  A follow up search can then be conducted.  Pricing for follow up searches are as specified under each separate search in this manual.  Please contact Customer Service before conducting this type of search.

Search Requirements:
• Individual or business name

Availability: California (All other states for businesses only)

Average Turnaround Time: 24 hours or less

Cost:
• Subscribers - $33.00

Note: Due to lack of electronically available information in states other than California, searches on individuals do not cover as many databases and are not as extensive.  Business searches will be consistent throughout other states.  Contact customer service for samples of reports in your area.
